For accommodation of 1-4 people, the amount will be reduced by 20% (discount is applied on New Year's Eve)

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Arrival (Check-in) is possible from 14:00 to 22:00.
Departure (check-out) is possible until 10:00 a.m. If the next stay does not continue/end, it is possible to make individual arrangements.
The reservation is made after paying a deposit of 50%.
The supplement is payable by bank transfer, no later than 14 days before the start of the stay.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, a damage deposit of CZK 5,000 is required. The deposit can be collected in cash upon arrival or paid by bank transfer before the start of the stay. The amount will be returned to you upon departure. This deposit is fully refundable in cash or by bank transfer and is subject to an inspection of any damage to the accommodation. In case of leaving an unreasonable mess, up to CZK 1,500 will be deducted from the deposit
Cancellation terms:

Reservations canceled more than 30-14 days before the arrival date are free of cancellation fees.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the reservation is charged for reservations canceled 14-7 days before the scheduled arrival.

If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the planned arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.

If the guest does not show up for the stay within 24 hours of the contractual date of arrival without giving further reasons, the reservation will be put into "No Show" status, it will be considered canceled and the cancellation fees in this case amount to 100% of the total price for the stay.
Children of any age can stay. When filling out the form, please indicate the number of children and their ages. No cots or extra beds are available in the accommodation.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are allowed - by prior arrangement.
